3. Estimates: We provide free estimates for all HVAC services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
4. Service Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on labor and parts. If a problem arises, please contact us within this period.
5. Cancellation Policy: Customers must notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment.
6. Liability: We are not responsible for any damages caused by pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to our services.
7. Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure access to the work area and remove any obstacles that may hinder our technicians.
8. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
